For your safety, a Ring camera is installed at the front entrance, monitoring only the exterior entry area. ⚠️ Amenities Please note that the community does not include shared amenities such as a pool, gym, or clubhouse access. 🐾 Pet Policy – We’re Pet Friendly! We’re happy to host pets with the following guidelines: • $75 per pet per stay (only pets under 25 pounds). Violations may result in a $1,000 fee and immediate termination of the stay. • No smoking indoors — smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 cleaning fee. • Toilet paper only — do not flush wipes (even “flushable”), paper towels, or any other items to avoid plumbing issues.
