Please Note: This is a newly built condominium community, and there may occasionally be daytime construction noise in the surrounding area. While this is outside of our control, evenings and nights are typically quiet. We appreciate your understanding! 🏡 House Rules • Maximum occupancy: 4 guests • Maximum vehicles: 1 (assigned parking space) • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM • No events or parties allowed. Violation fee: $1,000 • No third-party bookings — the person booking must be staying • Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay • No smoking of any kind (including vaping or marijuana) or burning of incense. Violations may result in immediate removal with no refund and/or a $500 cleaning fee. 🔔 Security For your safety, a Ring camera is installed at the front entrance, monitoring only the exterior entry area. ⚠️ Amenities Please note that the community does not include shared amenities such as a pool, gym, or clubhouse access. 🐾 Pet Policy – We’re Pet Friendly! We’re happy to host pets with the following guidelines: • $75 per pet per stay (only pets under 25 pounds). Unauthorized pets or unpaid fees are a violation and may result in removal with no refund. • Pets are NOT allowed on furniture • Please clean up after your pet inside and outside • Pets must be kenneled if left alone • Pets must be on a leash when outside 🙏 Thank you for helping us maintain a clean, comfortable, and respectful space for all guests!
