Please Note: This is a newly built condominium community, and there may occasionally be daytime construction noise in the surrounding area. While this is outside of our control, evenings and nights are typically quiet. We appreciate your understanding! 🏡 House Rules • Maximum occupancy: 4 guests • Maximum vehicles: 1 (assigned parking space) • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM • No events or parties allowed. Violation fee: $1,000 • No third-party bookings — the person booking must be staying • Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay • No smoking of any kind (including vaping or marijuana) or burning of incense. Violations may result in immediate removal with no refund and/or a $500 cleaning fee. 🔔 Security For your safety, a Ring camera is installed at the front entrance, monitoring only the exterior entry area. ⚠️ Amenities Please note that the community does not include shared amenities such as a pool, gym, or clubhouse access. 🐾 Pet Policy – We’re Pet Friendly! We’re happy to host pets with the following guidelines: • $75 per pet per stay (only pets under 25 pounds). Any evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 cleaning fee. • Toilet paper only — do not flush wipes (even “flushable”), paper towels, or any other items to avoid plumbing issues.
