While this is outside of our control, evenings and nights are typically quiet. We appreciate your understanding! 🏡 House Rules • Maximum occupancy: 3 guests • Maximum vehicles: 1 (assigned parking space) • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM • No events or parties allowed. Violation fee: $1,000 • No third-party bookings — the person booking must be staying • Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay • No smoking of any kind (including vaping or marijuana) or burning of incense. Violations may result in immediate removal with no refund and/or a $500 cleaning fee. 🔔 Security For your safety, a Ring camera is installed at the front entrance, monitoring only the exterior entry area. ⚠️ Amenities Please note that the community does not include shared amenities such as a pool, gym, or clubhouse access. 🐾 Pet Policy – We’re Pet Friendly! We’re happy to host pets with the following guidelines: • $75 per pet per stay (only pets under 25 pounds).
